We're a small Canadian company that has been building and improving web services since 1998. We've won numerous online awards for our services and websites, including Yahoo!'s Useful Site of the Day. Since acquiring Response-O-Matic, we've been working for months behind the scenes to improve the service by upgrading the servers, the database and by adding features for you, our new clients.
We've put together this FAQ to help answer some common questions you might have about the move. Please feel free to contact us, you can reach us here.
Yes! We have 'grandfathered' all our current Free
Customers so you do not have to pay anything. If you need to make changes to your form, we suggest you log into your account and create a new form - you'll have more features and it takes about 5 minutes.
NO. If you are happy with your Free Response-o-matic Forms, you do you have to
upgrade to our full featured PAID accounts.
- You can now build a new form without dealing with HTML.
- Unlimited forms, all within one account.
- All submissions are backed up for you, no more searching through old emails.
- You can now login and configure your account, see old submissions, etc.
- Response-O-Matic upgraded servers, for faster response times.
- Multiple recipients for a form.
- No advertising for your visitors. Response-O-Matic integrates
seamlessly into your site.
- Visitors can now send you attachments.
- Added anti-spam capabilities, so spammers can't reach you through your
form.
To see these new features, go to Response-O-Matic.com and
log in using the login information sent at the top of each Response-O-Matic.com
email.
To upgrade your account, login at http://www.response-O-Matic.com and
click the "upgrade account" link on the left. Your account is the email address
in your form that your form submissions go to.
No problem, logging in is easy.
1. Response-O-Matic sends out form submissions by email. Find out what email address is being used with Response-o-Matic.
2. Click here and type in that email address.
3. You'll receive an email with your new password.
